Amendment 21

 

The 21st Amendment ended Prohibition by repealing the 18th Amendment, making alcohol legal again. It also gave states the power to create and enforce their own laws about alcohol, like how it’s sold and regulated.


 This video is saying that the 18th Amendment made alcohol illegal, but it didn’t work well people kept drinking anyway, and it led to illegal activities like bootlegging and organized crime. Because of these problems, the government decided to repeal it.
