The First 2 Amendment
The First 2 Amendments
The first 2 amendments are freedom of religion, speech, the press, assembly, and the right to petition the government while the second amendment protects the right for the people to bear arms. The first amendment to me means that when there are protesters, they have the right to say what they believe. Also, the freedom of religion which gives anyone in the world to practice any religion that they want without being killed for it. Now, the second amendment gives the right to anyone starting the age of 18 have the right to bear arms, meaning that this amendment allows them to be able to protect themselves including self-defense. I believe that the first amendment is one of the most important ones in the constitution because it allows people to be who they really are and they don't have to hide who they truly are or even put up an act to survive. The effectiveness that these amendments have is that they let the citizens that have different religiose beliefs that they can still be a community without judging each other. The second amendment allows citizens to protect themselves from others, which makes the risk of people getting robbed a little lower.
