Amendment 6


 The 6th Amendment gives people rights when they are accused of a crime. It guarantees a fair and speedy trial, the right to a lawyer, the right to know what you’re being accused of, the right to face witnesses, and the right to have witnesses speak in your favor. ⚖️The 6th Amendment is one of the most important Amendments when it comes to your rights.

  This amendment lets the people to bear arms, meaning that people are able to protect themselves. It also protects individual freedom. But also, I think there should be reasonable laws to make sure gins are used responsibly and communities. It means you don’t have to testify against yourself , you can’t be tried twice for the same crime , and the government must follow fair legal procedures before taking away your life, freedom, or property. It also says the government must pay you if they take your private property for public use.
