Amendment 11

 

The 11th Amendment says that states cannot be sued in federal court by people from another state or country without their permission. I think this amendment is important because it protects the power and independence of states. It also helps keep a balance between the federal government and state governments. At the same time, some people believe it can make it harder for individuals to hold states accountable, so it can be seen in different ways.
